Interactive Maps

Parcel Viewer

In the new SECOG Parcel Viewer web application, users can zoom into the map, search for properties, and find abutters to create a mailing list. This viewer also incudes a 3-D viewer of the region. Both 2-D and 3-D maps include interactive tools.

Hazard Mitigation Climate Adaptation Plan (HMCAP) Dashboard

This dashboard is a digital companion to SECOG’s five-year 2023 HMCAP. As part of the HMCAP, municipalities call out specific actions that, if taken, will decrease community vulnerability to natural disasters and increase resilience. The dashboard tracks the status of these actions over time.

Open Space Viewer

A series of interactive maps that mirror the environmental data included in Chapter 4 of the Open Space Plan. These maps illustrate the potential ecosystem, resilience, and environmental equity attributes that a given piece of land can be expected to provide.

TIP Map

The Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is produced by the Southeastern Connecticut Council of Governments (SECOG) Metropolitan Planning Organization. It is a four-year planning document that lists all projects to be funded in those identified four years (2025-2028) with Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Federal Transit Administration (FTA) participation
